Made with the essence of Red-spotted Swimming Crabs and oil from Coral Crabs, the clear soup was rich in umami but not greasy. Scant tomato & crab meat paste was put on top, but the various layers of crab flavor was able to build up in your mouth. It's also a clever touch to put sour cream and sliced lemon that added

However, the 𝑮𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒃 𝑫𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 were so disappointing😢. Even tho they claim to make the stuffing with 1 : 1 Pork and Crab meat, there wasn't a single bit of crab flavor. The dumplings were simply insipid, and the skin was chewy in the raw way. I would recommend to just go for trying their crab ramen instead of having the set meal.
