This is a small take away shop at the beginning of the Jervois street. You can call up the owner before lunchtime to pre-make your individualized salad at your preference, and it costs <$80 with a huge portion and generous amount of meat (turkey, beef steak, tuna, etc)My favourite is the worldwide salad, which contains tuna chunks, egg, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and capiscum. My favourite is the worldwide salad, which contains tuna chunks, egg, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and capiscum. Since i dont like olives, the owner helped me change it into grapes which I highly appreciate . She even let me try 1 additional topping - feta cheese - for free . I also bought avocado at extra cost of $8. Overall it costs $76 only. The salad box is so packed and they sometimes could not close the cover
They allow you to choose any salad dressing and can come separately from the salad box.
I bought the salad in lunchtime and kept the salad for dinner...it was still sooooo fresh.
I rate this shop A+
Hope they can open for longer hours especially weekdays .
