With large red Chinese characters printed on its stained glass windows, its store front had the battered look of a restaurant that had stood the test of time.I had no idea what to expect as I sat down to study its menu. Their dumplings had a stretchy chewy skin that wasn’t overly doughy. The filling inside had a pleasant flavour, definitely on the stronger side though and I couldn’t really discern the ingredients used. I would probably stop by again though if I am looking for a hearty bowl of dumplings😉

🐥 Wang Fu smoked chicken 王府手撕鸡HKD 42
The chicken was super lean and well-seasoned, a great combo with the shredded cucumbers 🥒 But if you are looking for soft tender and moderately fatty shredded chicken, this would not be your jam🤷🏻♀️
