其实这次系我第二次去这间餐厅, 记得一年前去这里帮朋友庆祝生日, 都已经好开心 (Simple & Classy)今次再光顾这间餐厅系因为朋友太耐无见, 想找一间餐厅可以坐得舒服之如, 唔会被人赶的感觉。这次总于想起这地方, 而且都无令自己失望, 还有些"惊喜"当晚, 点了一个Milan Set: (朋友的选择)1) Mixed Salad2) Soup of the Day3) Sea Scallop Risotto4) Apple Crispy with Ice Cream5) Tea / Coffee再加 自己再选：Tomato Crab Meat Timble (鲜茄蟹肉塔) Prawn Linguine (A Little Bit Spicy) Shirley Temple (Mocktail) Tiramisu (自己比较喜欢散叫多过叫餐, 因为可以试多啲唔同菜式!!!)由于自己当日无饮过当日的汤和试朋友的甜品, 只留给朋友享用, 所以不能Comment! 沙律几新鲜, 跟餐来说算唔错！至于"带子Risotto"比了一些惊喜我, 之前好几次去几间不同的餐厅试Riso

(自己比较喜欢散叫多过叫餐, 因为可以试多啲唔同菜式!!!)
由于自己当日无饮过当日的汤和试朋友的甜品, 只留给朋友享用, 所以不能Comment!
沙律几新鲜, 跟餐来说算唔错！至于"带子Risotto"比了一些惊喜我, 之前好几次去几间不同的餐厅试Risotto,都感觉不好, 所以之后有些不喜欢食Risotto, 自己当然明白Risotto的做法一定系咁, 但心理上会觉得Risotto唔系合适自己或本地人的胃口。今次试一口这个Risotto时, 唔知Chef系咪做过Research，知道香港人的麻烦性格, 佢将个饭做到无咁湿, 但保持一定咬口, 唔算Sticky, 食完后唔会觉得腻同黏住的感觉。(100% ~ 赞) 至于带子都算大只同新鲜, 以一个Set Dinner来说都算不错Size, 真系做得不错!
其实整体上同上次差不多, Tomato Crab Meat Timble依然系我喜欢的Appetizer, 一层一层"鲜茄加蟹肉碎"依然保持水准, 鲜甜的蟹肉碎果然比其他餐厅多出几倍, 系可以真真正正食到蟹肉的味道, 蕃茄都好Juicy, 真系好满足！
上次, 我并没想过吃Tiramisu, 因为以前系其他餐厅食得太多次, 亦都好难食到好食的。但因为自己唔食饭后甜品好似少了一份满足感, 所以今次再试一试佢的Tiramisu, 结果系一个不错选择, 入口质感唔错, 软软绵绵, 慢慢系口中溶化, 只系欠了一点点酒味, 但做得个蛋糕又廷身但入口又溶化又滑, 几有水准, 但如果再有多少少咖啡同酒味, 咁个Tiramisu会有不错的高水准！Thumb Up!!!
It's my 2nd time to write my comment here, I remember that I have tried this restaurant a year ago & I liked it too. This time, I have to reunite my friend who loved the quiet environment & atmosphere & requested the space to talk. That's why I remember this restaurant rapidly.
My friend would like to order Milan Dinner Set which is included:
1) Mixed Salad
2) Soup of the Day
3) Sea Scallop Risotto
4) Apple Crispy with Ice Cream
5) Tea / Coffee
Also, I would like to order other dishes, such as :
Tomato Crab Meat Timble (Appretizer)
Prawn Linguine (A Little Bit Spicy) (Main Course)
Shirley Temple (Mocktail)
Tiramisu for my dessert
Over all, this restaurant can still keep the standard after I tried in the 1st time, especially the Tomato Crab Meat Timble. I just love it which is juicy, fresh & a lot of crab meat inside. Just yummy! Also, the Scallop Risotto gave me surprised too because it's not very sticky for local people. I do believe that the chef did the research for making this dish for customers. The Scallops are quite big & fresh too, it's very nice too!
Except the Tomato Crab Meat Tible, my favourite dish is the Tiramisu. Yes, it's the dessert! I could be the fabulous ending for this dinner. It's hard to try the good quality Tiramisu in Hong Kong honestly. But this time, I would like to try it again and it's quite good too. It was soften to put it into my mouth and it was melting slowly when I closed my mouth rapidly. If the chef can add a little bit Marsala wine & more coffee taste, that cake could be perfect! But over all, the cake's texture & presentation is really good. I was surprised for it.
I am so glad that my friend didn't complain about my choice & I am so glad that the owner remembered me too & gave me surprise. It was so fabulous for my friend & myself, Besides, the owner, waiter and the chef were so nice to us. I won't forget that too.
I hope I have written the fair comments for this restaurant & give some gourmets to try something special too.
题外话/补充资料：
其实惊喜位系付账的时候, 走近系老板自己, 佢忽然问我点样找到这个地方, 我就讲佢知我唔系第一次来这里, 我早前来过同朋友庆祝, 而且我都有讲佢知我坐系边个位置时, 老板竟然记得起我跟朋友, 因为已经一年多前的事, 佢竟然还记得！好搞笑地提起我之前对佢说句 "[b]I LUV U[/b]", 因为佢为了"送餐的延缓"同人客太多而照顾不周关系, 送上了几碟甜品作歉意。其实自己觉得感动系因我由头到尾都无怪佢, 而且当时亦都食得好饱好满足。佢能记得之前的琐碎小事, 其实已经好开心。但今次佢亦都送上surprise, 请我同朋友再试一试佢另外两款甜品, 超 warm!!! 而且佢亦都私人再比discount 我, 感到十分之唔好意思, 因为知现在做饮食业的困难之处, 由其是对独立经营的小舖就更加难上加难。希望借今次机会向大家再介绍一下一间有心的餐厅, 老板同员工。
