Having a dinner with my friend in tsim sha tsui after work, but both of us have no idea where should we go, so we keep walking on the street .After half hour searching we stopped at the door of this Germany Restaurant in Hanoi Road."let's try this one,I'm starving"my friend said.Fine,I'm also hungry,why not?So we go down the stairs(the restaurant is at the basement)When we got in, the reataurant was half full, all the people were sitting in a " Barrel " .So we try to ask the waitress can we si

"let's try this one,I'm starving"my friend said.
Fine,I'm also hungry,why not?
So we go down the stairs(the restaurant is at the basement)
When we got in, the reataurant was half full, all the people were sitting in a " Barrel " .
So we try to ask the waitress can we sit one of the barrel, but she said all the table of barrel was reserved, ok....then we just sit at the normal table next to the barrel .(I must book a barrel for dinner next time.)
Then we start order.
First thing
Of course is Germany beer!
very good !!! especially for after so much walking!!!
we have ordered 2 small bitburger.After the cool down the waitress gave us some bread
the bread was ok , soft and warm.then the spaghetti carbonara comes after the bread
this one was good , very creamy.So surprise that Germany restaurant can do such a good pasta.
After two beers,we order some wine introduce by the waitress.
one is Riesling (of course from Germany.)the other is rose wine (good for girl!!)
Then .....the pork knuckle come!
the skin was crispy and the meat was so soft , you can eat with some mustard also.After we finished, we saw that they have a board of Daily Special,maybe next time I can try some of their special.
