Birthday celebration for elders? Definitely Chinese cuisine! Cannot pick which restaurant? I made a smart choice  I reserved a table for 6, oh no no no, not what you guys are thinking  it was a weekday but I found it wasn't that many people there, kinda good environment for us to chat. Three side dishes, honey cashew, XO sauce (pretty like self-made) and forgot  I could only tell you that I kept putting the nuts in my mouth LOLI couldn't remember how they ordered the dinner but only full of a

I couldn't remember how they ordered the dinner but only full of attractive plates on the table. The first one came was Peking Duck. One of the famous Chinese dish.

Servant cut the duck into slices, without much flesh, your mouth wouldn't be too filling 
. One thing I would concern is the fat layer under the skin because I'm a healthy eater
Why you look at me like that?
 But this one, not much fat but with thin and crispy skin! The smell was really attractive and you wouldn't disappoint! If there was a seasonal fruit, it would be much more satisfaction.

Here, one of my favourite dish in this dinner - Doubled-boiled Winter Melon Soup. First sip, it's like shark fin soup. Second sip, a taste of seafood (shrimps and fresh crab meat). I had 3 bowls of it, it was so fresh and sweet! Not the sweet of sugar but the original sweet from winter melon!
 If you come in summer, don't hesitate to order this! It releases the "hot" in your body, WHICH moistures your skin

A dish that I really appreciate because of its creative idea behind. Ever think of wasabi appears in Chinese dishes? I didn't before I fared the black fungus with the strong taste of wasabi (I put 2 pieces in mouth for the first time and I cried:ghost
. The barbecue pork was the first to be finished. Obviously was because of its smoky and soften meat
 It reminded me a barbecue pork specialist in Wan Chai

Haven't had the spicy boiling series for a long time. This was the first dish that I spotted at. Red told the spicy of it BUT seriously you can taste a bit sweet
 The texture was like grass carp, very springy and delicate! The meat split into pieces just with a slightly squeeze by your tongue. The whole image it gave me was like eating sizzling chicken pot

Believe me, this was the one that I would have more than 1 piece of crispy chicken in those similar dinner. Again, I'm not really a fan of fat. Every time I fare barbecue pork, NO FAT please! While this chicken, nearly no fat layer
, the meat was so tender, more than my imagination.

I was suprised so many times in this dinner. Forgive me, maybe only me LOL. I avoid anything that was made by almond (expect the eating the nuts directly). But I finished this all!! Maybe this was a good start for me to try almond products
 There were lots of egg whites inside. What I could think of was the beauty function behind. Let me know if this doesn't help, haha.

Five delicate desserts, Mango Sago Pomelo, Red Bean Cake, Macaron, Blueberry cheese cake and Red bean paste sesame balls. All of them were made with standard quality, I love the red bean cake
 Sweet ending for ladies but I was so full, haha

All of us enjoyed the dinner so much, with many happiness for both belly and emotion. Definitely a good place for Chinese cuisine and gathering!
