Unpleasant experience with the staff

When we arrived at our table had alot of strobe lights beaming down on us. We had alot of elders so i asked the staff if they could adjust it. The staff told us they cant cus they are all female and its too difficult. So i went to the manager and she said i have to do it cus the staff are all females. In the end inhad to step on the chair and adjust it myself, and it wasnt too difficult to do… When ordering food, we told the staff we wanted a certain dessert and for it to come near the end. When

In the end inhad to step on the chair and adjust it myself, and it wasnt too difficult to do… When ordering food, we told the staff we wanted a certain dessert and for it to come near the end. When we asked the staff to serve the dessert, the waiter who took our order said its too busy now and suggested that we dont have it or we will have to wait 30+ mins. I was extremely put off by her attitude and even more so the fact that she decided by herself nt to enter the order in the system. Obviously we strongly complained and she just laughed and said “well i told you before” which she did not. And when we confronted her about it she admitted she was too busy trying to pick up her phone.
