今日一班同事食午飯,叫咗個套餐,有花膠羹、烤鴨、冷盤、小籠包又有蝦球,仲有京蔥牛肉鐵板,十分期待。上枱時,發現一兩隻小強,當時大家都非常驚訝,但幾秒之後,盛着鐵板京蔥牛肉的木板罅隙竟爬出更多小強,在枱面四散。侍應立即收走,但係仲有好多隻小強喺枱度走來走去,場面十分之驚嚇。負責人出來睇吓咩事,佢嘗試用餐碟蓋住啲小強,但係因為小強實在好多,捉唔掂啊😨。今日諗住年底聚餐,搞到冇晒胃口啊!呢間舖頭應該要正視衛生問題。 继续阅读

I tried their 6-person menu, and every dish was a delightful journey of flavors! 😍 Here’s what we enjoyed and more:1️⃣ Four Happiness Platter (Chilled Handmade Appetizers) - A perfect start to the meal with a variety of refreshing bites that set the tone for the feast ahead.2️⃣ Beijing-Style Grilled Eel - Succulent and perfectly cooked, this dish was a highlight with its rich, smoky flavor. The presentation was just as impressive, especially it’s served like eating peking duck, very unique!3️⃣ Fish and Lamb Fresh Soup - A luxurious blend featuring New Zealand’s top-tier salmon head paired with black mountain goat. The broth was incredibly rich and comforting. 🍲4️⃣ Sweet and Sour Chicken - This dish had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, with a delightful crispiness that kept us coming back for more! Especially there is a special sugar coating, you guys must check it out!5️⃣ Fragrant Chrysanthemum Pickled Fish - A beautiful dish both in taste and presentation. The pickled flavors were refreshing and paired wonderfully with the fish.6️⃣ Pan-Seared Scallops with Crispy Asparagus - Tender scallops perfectly seared, complemented by the crunch of asparagus. The interior design was nice, which helped you get into the mood, as if you’ve gone back in time.The highlight of the meal was the banana braised in honey. The presentation was so pretty, with the fine shreds of caramel on top of the braised banana, which was warm and soft. The other dessert (the souffle egg white balls) was alright. It could be better if banana is included in the fillings. Another outstanding dish was the fried beef with onion on a hot plate. The beef was bouncy and tender and the fried onion soaked up the beef juice and was very fragrant under the strong heat.The wontons and chicken in pot was good. The wontons were in Beijing style, with thicker skin, pork and chopped beans in the fillings. Too bad that the meat of the Beijing roasted duck wasn’t tender enough. 继续阅读

好食過尖沙咀分店好多~▪️前菜涼菜基本上樣樣都好食~雞絲粉皮好傑出~▪️主菜既片皮鴨,算係好過到口引,半隻薰雞無諗過作佢手撕哂😂▪️素菜包盒,炒得好唔錯, 上面蛋蓋,下面粉絲~▪️餃子、小籠包都好,有汁響裡面~▪️拔絲蘋果好襯~▫️蔥油餅唔太夠蔥同厚身得濟~▫️擔擔面既面質太軟~ 继续阅读
