Too content with last time's experience, I rounded up a big bunch of friends for a get together on Buddha's Birthday holiday lunch. Like most of my other meals the guys chose meat and the girls chose fish.The veal was done very well again (took a photo this time, but my hands were shaky). The girls were also happy with their halibut and sole.Overall a good lunch which I was given credit for.
