I had dinner there with another 5 friends last night at Rice Paper. The service was so bad!!! For most of the time when we tried to look for waiters, we couldn't find any.There was a time when the waitress poured a drink onto the table and she forgot to:1. re-order the drink again.2. to change the utensils 3. to mop the floor immediatelyIt is very annoying.They are having a major staffing problem.
