I remembered that we had some really high quality cakes at our first visit to Italian Tomato. But the quality had deteriorated a lot for our second visit. And now even worse for our third visit. There were not many choices at the shop when I was there around noon on Sunday. I picked this Apple Cheese Tart as I am a crazy fan of cheese tarts. The tart was consumed within 1.5 hours after purchase. It was made with cheese, apple sauce, custard cream and Japanese apple slices. The apple slices were good. Could tell that they were better than average apples out there. However, the cheese was not rich or smooth at all. Couldn't tell that there was custard cream. The tart itself easily broke into parts. The tart base was thick but was not crunchy at all. It was very very disappointing. I strongly believe that I will not give it any more chance in the future as there are so many other better choices out there.
