It was my third time to this restaurant due to their pasta dishes are extremely nice and tasteful. Another reason is that it is more quiet in the evening so when you have done with your shopping in the Elements, you dont have to wait to be seated but to enjoy a quiet dinner.We ordered a starter to share - Insalata Di Capesante Isolane (煎带子伴小马铃薯配红酒醋汁沙律), 4 nice big and meaty Hokkaido scallops served on top of new potato and mix salad and the red wine with vinegar dressing was very refreshing.For

For main course, we ordered an Orecchiette Ai Funghi (野菌烩猫耳朵粉), the pasta was a little bit under cook especially those ones which stick together but it was compensated by the fragrance of those mixed mushroom. The sauce was not too rich and creamy, just right for me and its one of my favourite dish.
We also ordered Penne Con Prosciutto Di Parma Alla Vodka (巴马火腿配伏特加蕃茄长通粉), another pasta dish served with sliced parma ham in spicy tomato sauce and vodka.
The waitress was very polite and helpful. However when i asked an obvious question to one of the waiter what was the "soup of the day", he didnt know and thats made me feel he was very unprofessional, dont they have briefing from the supervisor ??? Anyway, I would definitely go back for my fourth time and try out more dishes because they are just yummy.
