Popped in Sheep and Pig for a quick meal before going to my friend's place in Tin Hau. Cream style mussels - the cream was exactly a cabonara recipe. Mussels were cooked perfectly. The meat was still soft and moist. Needed some bread to mop up the sauce!
Spanish garlic prawn - I thought the prawns would be swimming in olive oil with sprinkled parsley like Gambas al Ajillo but this was a different version. The ingredients were stir-fried with a nice sear and loaded with savory chopped garlic.
Had another garlic dish - linguine with olive oil, garlic, asparagus and cherry tomato. Finely seasoned, firm and chewy pasta,
Intimate and cosy atmosphere. Excellent service. Staff showed great hospitality. Worth visiting again!
