Had high expectation for this place. The ambiance was pleasant, the chef had a great idea trying to bring the finest ingredients from all over China to the table. What we experience: mediocre ingredients, subpar cooking, very average service. We ordered whole chicken and only half was served.The chicken was raw on the inside. Plate was cold. Food was cold. The chicken was raw on the inside. Plate was cold. Food was cold. The skin was supposed to be crispy, but it’s soft.
The staff didn’t ask us how we like the steak to be cooked. They gave us a steak with half of it as fat, and rare/blue in the inside. When we told the staff they told us coz it’s Wagu beef. We checked the menu again and the beef was actually from Dalian.
What we expect to be a fancy dinning experience turned out to be a flop. Nope. Not again.
