The sea bass tartare with avocado mousse 🥑 was a standout, offering a creamy yet savory sensation that was simply divine.
The main course Ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage sauce stole the show. The delicate ravioli had a thin, slightly chewy texture that perfectly complemented the creamy and flavorful filling.
The dessert combo- The Classic Tiramisu, Sicilian Cannolo, and Sicilian Cassata, showcased the artistry and craftsmanship of the pastry chef. They are light in sweetness, while the Sicilian Cassata was pillow-like with a citrusy hint 🍊
