A super fancy Italian-style brunch that is sure to leave you blissful and satisfied. And of course, I must mention their dessert counter! Favourite was definitely their tiramisu. Also really enjoyed their lemon meringue tart and truffle basque cheesecake, which was a little weird but tasted surprisingly good. Their cannoli looked stunning and had great flavours despite having gone soggy.

RISOTTO AL CROSTACEI - Acquarello carnali rice with San Marzano tomato sauce, crab meat, green asparagus, Datterini tomatoes, dried garlic and urban herbs
This was quite disappointing, very blend, with barely any noticeable favour or visible strands of crab meat.

Really enjoyed its bold flavours and the guinea fowl was super tender!

MERLUZZO AL FORNO - Baked Atlantic black cod served with porcini mushrooms, fennel thyme
Loved the sauce though it was a quite similar to the first goose pasta dish we had. The fish was also perfectly cooked! Personally, I am more a fan of the cod than the guinea fowl.
