Pirata’s Pizzeria Pizza Project has recently teamed up with Lohas Organic Farm in creating the newest Fuyu TungChoy Pizza. It melded traditional Chinese ingredients with Italian culinary techniques, bringing two cuisines together with a bang. The pizza crust, which has the perfect crisp and chew, was gilded with profuse fior d latte, and topped with Italian sausages. The highlight goes to the addition of Fuyu (fermented bean curd), which emanated exhilarating savory flavors. We absolutely loved its funky nuances. Chilli flakes amped the dish up with some punch, while water spinach from Lohas Organic Farm undercuts the above ingredients’ pungency.

P.S. We recommend getting their tasting menu, which was a really good deal. Priced at $220 per person, you get to select 1 appetizer, 1 pizza and 1 dessert.
