Although this shop has many branches in hk, this is my first time trying. My friends were all shocked when I told them I've never tried it before. They said it's famous and incredibly good so I really expect a lot on it! There was a very long queue when we got there. All waffles are made upon orders so be prepared to wait at least 10-1

There was a very long queue when we got there. All waffles are made upon orders so be prepared to wait at least 10-15 mins. We ordered the original and the banana chocolate chip one to share. Both waffles were just warm to touch when I tore them apart. The edges weren't crispy at all, waffles were soft on both inside and outside, felt like batter was undercooked. Chocolate chips and banana together gave a gooey texture, which made it even wetter to eat so I just stopped after having a few puffs.
Tbh I was quite disappointed with it, maybe I just expected too much. But my friends also said the waffles served by this branch doesn't taste like those they had before. So maybe quality differs from branches, I should go another one and try it out again🤔
