A little hidden coffee place, with around 10 small tables, some are outdoor seatings best for this weather ! Normally on weekends there is always a line, weekday during this period the cafe is still pretty packed ! Looking through the menu everything is tailor made to your own preference. I love the idea, but it got me pretty confused, especially ordering the sourdough toast ! The waitress was super nice, she try very hard to explain to me how to order ! Great service ! I ordered a flat white with a medium blend and nutty note. Their coffee is pretty good but the milk foam got a bit bubbly after few minutes !

I had choose the sourdough based, since I don’t really like beetroot I didn’t dare to pick both spread with beetroot, they had kindly made an adjustment for me ! One slice with beetroot hummus the other with lemon cream !
Parma ham, avocado, lemon cream ! The sourdough was not toasted properly, I am not sure if it’s the style of the lemon cream that it’s not meant to be crispy !
The smoke salmon, avocado & beetroot hummus was amazing ! It changed my perspective for beetroot this time ! I actually preferred this one over the lemon based ! The beetroot didn’t have the soil texture ! Instead it was more hummus feel ! The sourdough was toasted with butter ! This is something I will come back for !
