Uni has taken Hong Kong by storm over the last few years, and as you can tell by the name of the restaurant, this is the place for all uni lovers!Starting off with the signature uni in giant scallops, wrapped with a piece of seaweed, this masterpiece will melt in your mouth and it is super fresh! The ox tongue ramen and salmon bow sets both come with clam miso soup and salad.
