Liberty Exchange Kitchen & Bar (已結業)

My colleague and I had lunch with our clients earlier today. Not long after we were seated, a waitress asked us to place our order (hello, we have not even finished reading the menu). Then she came back with cutlery sets but dumping them on our desk. Other staff also appeared to be tensed and not much interactions. The food was good, to be fair to the chefs. We appreciate the rush hours in Central but I am sure they can do better...
