Awful experience and I will not come to this place again. The service was mediocre and the waiters and waitresses had problems in communicating with customers. It is very annoying when you speak to somebody and who could only manage to mumble. The food was not that impressive either. I ordered the signature burger and it was disappointing. The beef patty hasn’t got the texture of a Western beef burger, it’s salty and I couldn’t really taste the cheese. May be I could put this down as the differe

It is very annoying when you speak to somebody and who could only manage to mumble. The food was not that impressive either. I ordered the signature burger and it was disappointing. The beef patty hasn’t got the texture of a Western beef burger, it’s salty and I couldn’t really taste the cheese. May be I could put this down as the difference between Western and Eastern palates and my expectation may be too high. However, it is unforgivable to serve customers soggy and cold French fries. The fries were just lukewarm when served and already turned cold before I could tuck into my burger. The fries were obviously heated in a microwave oven and not fried properly. The quality of the food definitely did not justify the price.
