The place is noisy and dirty, I assume is normal in Tin Shui Wai.The portion is big but everything is oily. 酥炸三拼 are no difference from eating a piece of solid oil + salt. The best dish was 盐焗鸡 but still a long way from 泉章居. Perhaps this is客家菜 but definitely not the Hong Kong type of food. Too unhealthy.There is nothing special as all, no need to travel all the way to Tin Shui Wai to eat this kind of food. It is full of Tin Shui Wai people already, why bother to fight for a table there???!!!
