When I go for sweet soup, I usually pick Chinese sweet soup. Comparing with the Western's, I'm sure most of you would agree with me that Chinese's are more nutritious. Ginger Milk Pudding is one of my favourite among all of them. I once bought a packet of powdered ginger milk, and concluded that it better served to order.And this one, the timing to mix the milk and ginger juice was satisfied. The pudding was hot but so smooth. Nevertheless, the spice was not strong enough for me, maybe this suit
