It has been an awful experience at Ciao ciao. The wave of disappointment just kept coming.Due to friend invitation, I arrived the bar for the Game of Thrones watching night. It was supposed to be a normal TV watching event, with light drinks and snacks. However, no snacks were found on the menu, no fries, no dips, no wings, nothing. which is still fine, as I am here for the show. Yet, at the time of screening, all sorts of problem happened.1. Due to friend invitation, I arrived the bar for the Game of Thrones watching night. It was supposed to be a normal TV watching event, with light drinks and snacks.
However, no snacks were found on the menu, no fries, no dips, no wings, nothing. which is still fine, as I am here for the show. Yet, at the time of screening, all sorts of problem happened.
1. No sound for the screen
2. Bad screening, with all sorts of green spots appearing
3. Someone else was using the Now account, making the restaurant unable to watch
4. kept customers waiting for 45 mins without
5. kept giving false hope for 45mins
6. unpalatable taste for the self-made cocktail
It is just a terrible experience. And it is a restaurant that shall not be ever visited again.
