Worst meal I’ve ever had

I ordered the set lunch which comes with a salad, soup, drink, dessert and a main course. All the food in the set meal tasted ridiculously BAD especially the ice matcha latte and the main course. Firstly, I asked for less sweet for my matcha but instead they didn’t add sweet to my drink so it tasted like grass. The most disappointing part of my meal was the main course, I ordered chicken soboro osen egg don and the chicken was chopped into small chunks with no taste and no texture. It was like e
