I have to write my first revew today as this is my worst experience in my whole life!!!I walked inside and half of the seats were vacant and the male owner (it is run by a couple)asked me to sit with someone else but I chose to sit in the table that is next to it. He turned so unfriendly and kept saying that I hindered his business. I ordered a set lunch and i didn't get the soup as said in the menu so I asked him about it. He didn't want to give me and said I hindered him from doing business again and I am a horrible customer!!!!!!!! I have never experienced this in any Japanese restaurant in HK or anywhere!!!!! The customer service is the WORST I have EVER experienced!!!! I can't believe how these people can run a restaurant with services like this. He even wanted to take away my food while I was still eating. I can't believe it!! The lady seemed ok but how could he treat a customer like this.

周六午餐时间,我走进去,当时大概一半餐厅都是空位,餐厅是由一对夫妇经营的,老板让我同人搭台,但我选择坐在旁边的空台,因为周围有很多空位。老板即时不开心,并说我妨碍他做生意。我Order了一个Lunch Set, 但是餐汤一直没有来,我便问老板。他居然说我没有餐汤,不愿意给我,并再次强调我阻碍他做生意,并说我有我这种客人怎么做生意!我从来都没有在任何一家日本餐厅有过这种遭遇!!这是有史以来最糟糕的经历!我不能相信这样的人如何经验好一家餐厅!甚至在我还没吃完的时候,他已想收走我的食物!!难以置信的服务!!!虽然老板娘看起来还好,但是不能接受在香港可以有这样的服务和餐厅存在!!!
