为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

We went for dinner to celebrate family birthday.Worst service. Not many people, staff keep chatting and don’t pay attention to guests. Dishes are dirty, no one comes to change. No one refill tea/ water unless you asked them. After dinner we asked to change table to cut cake as table cloth was dirty. Staff refused, though most tables are empty. We asked tochange table cloth, staff changed to a used one with holes, marks and is totally disgusting. Totally unacceptable, non hygiene and worst experi
