I've experienced the worst dining experiences ever in this restaurant with my friends last night. We were holding a seafood bbq + unlimited alcohol party there, but for HK250/person, we got nothing close to what we paid for! There was not enough quantity or variety of food for BBQ, so many of my friends were left hungry after 5 hours of BBQing. The waiters were also very reluctant and slow to serve us some complimentary appetizers, which probably worth peanuts anyways. The worst was yet to
I've experienced the worst dining experiences ever in this restaurant with my friends last night. We were holding a seafood bbq + unlimited alcohol party there, but for HK250/person, we got nothing close to what we paid for!
There was not enough quantity or variety of food for BBQ, so many of my friends were left hungry after 5 hours of BBQing. The waiters were also very reluctant and slow to serve us some complimentary appetizers, which probably worth peanuts anyways. The worst was yet to come and the waiters literally had the same level of services as you would expect to find in a 'tea meal restaurant'!!! Nobody came to collect the dirty dishes or empty beer bottles; our polite and reasonable requests were met with a totally unacceptable attitude. In addition, the only toilet was broken down and we had to go to pay our visits to a nearby McDonald's.
All in all, I'm totally unsatisfied with the dining experiences and will never come here again! People working there should really learn to treat their customers with respect..
