There is two things about Sichuan House that is different from a standard Szechuan restaurant....1) they have skewers on the menu; 2) if you order the signature “water boil fish” you can add up to 4 other ingredients...such as luncheon meat, enoki mushrooms or lotus roots, just to name a few.
