Little did we know that Genki is THAT popular we actually waited for over 30 mins for a table for two! We got our ticket and even took a walk around Home Square and walk back just in time for our seats. Salmon sushi (both grilled and raw) is one of the “must order” items for me in Genki. I also really like the grilled prawn sushi and the rolls on the menu. Don’t forget about the urchin as well, super fresh and delicious at a pretty reasonable price. I also really like the grilled prawn sushi and the rolls on the menu. Don’t forget about the urchin as well, super fresh and delicious at a pretty reasonable price. They already used the upgraded “Kousoku” to deliver the sushi so the dish actually came really quickly when we’re eating. Genki have never disappointed me and I hope it will be able to maintain its standards in the coming years.
