I have ordered executive omakasa lunch set with my mom. This includes few special rare cuts of waygu. The staff did show us how to do the barbecue. The fat ratio of the beef is under well controlled and selected. The heat is delivered to the net and the beef is grilled. After serving the first dish, the staff only told us the barbecue time in seconds required. The meat is well cooked and very delicious. The sauce has further promoted the taste of beef. This would be very juicy. Overall, the food are quite good in small quantity. But the service is normal.
