With two other stores under its belt serving exceptional food - I had high expectations for this place.Ordered a multitude of yakitori (skewers) and all of them were juicy and well textured and charcoaled to perfection. I was especially surprised by their offering of pork wrapped with shiso leaf which is quite rare in Hong Kong but exceptionally common in Japan. Each dish was served fresh from the grill and wait staff were great at making sure you understood which skewer were being served.

I was especially surprised by their offering of pork wrapped with shiso leaf which is quite rare in Hong Kong but exceptionally common in Japan. Each dish was served fresh from the grill and wait staff were great at making sure you understood which skewer were being served. While at first the wait staff recommended chicken thigh, I was hesitant to eat something so readily available across town - but it was served with a nice thin layer of chicken skin which added an extra crunch to the juicy tender thighs.
While not on the low budget scale, the quality is well worth the price.
Out of all the skewers, the ones which were not as amazing were the leak and the jumbo-pepper - which while was tasty in itself was a bit awkward to share or didn't really have the right texture.
