Luncheon meat (午餐肉), sunny side eggs （煎双蛋), ham (火腿), satay beef (沙嗲牛肉), pickled vegetable with meat (雪菜肉丝), all as a choice of topping. On the other hand, macaroni (通粉), instant noodles (公仔面), rice vermicelli (米粉). For a healthier option, we didn’t have instant noodles but rice vermicelli to go with the satay beef!

As a balanced and nourishing dish, I always go for something like a rice in soup (汤泡饭). I like this salted egg, vege and sliced pork combination very much!
Beware though, setting is usually quick paced. They have many branches in Hong Kong, with this branch in Mei Foo, before you can finish your last word for the order the waitress is gone with the wind. Seconds later, they would give you your cutlery on the table, and you wonder if they’ve had a bad day because most likely they are not smiling, but they would still help you if you wanted some extra milk for your milk tea, they may just not respond verbally, but trust me, they heard your requests.
