One of my favorite Thai places in TST! Their place is in a food court but what they serve stands and comparable in a good restaurant. For example their pork collar contains Khao Khua, which is toasted rice powder (the white dots you see from the picture below). It gives that authentic Thai flavor and i think is what is missing in most Thai restaurants that serve the same dish. Well balanced of sweet, salty, spicy, and a bit of sour from the lime. We will come back again! 😋
