Great cheesecake. I tried the maple flavour and it was very light and fluffy with a creamy texture. Ice cream was a bit of a let down. Flavour was good. Not too sweet. Unfortunately it was quite icy and turned watery as it melted. It was like they didn't get the proportion of cream/milk/water quite right or maybe it didn't churn enough. I'll probably have the cheesecake on its own next time I come.
