I tried a lot of pork buns during my trip to Macau but this one was by far the best. The pork chop was beautifully seasoned with pepper and very juicy, tender, and succulent which was tucked into a crunchy toasted bun. Very simple but a lovely snack after walking the streets of Macau in the scorching heat!
