Had a fantastic  dining experience  at Ritz Carton Macao - Lai Heen Chinese restaurant last night.  We ordered 2 signature dinner sets. That was a fabulous dining experience I have never thought about.  It must be one of the most luxury restaurant among the city.  But what inspire me was the taste of the food, courtesy of staff, interval of food serving and atmosphere made whole thing perfect.  The appetite was a small piece of tofu.  That really shock me for refreshing of my mouth and mind.  It

Had a fantastic  dining experience  at Ritz Carton Macao - Lai Heen Chinese restaurant last night.  We ordered 2 signature dinner sets. That was a fabulous dining experience I have never thought about.  It must be one of the most luxury restaurant among the city.  But what inspire me was the taste of the food, courtesy of staff, interval of food serving and atmosphere made whole thing perfect.  

The appetite was a small piece of tofu.  That really shock me for refreshing of my mouth and mind.  It's so fresh that I couldn't know what it was.  Coming up next were beef cheek and pork with honey. The beef cheek melted in my mouth without hesitation and pork was so soft and delicious.  

Very strong taste of Double chicken soup with fish maw and bird nest with tomato soup was absolutely matches to each other.

Turbot fish was so soft and fresh with ginger and onion.  3 pieces was really not enough ^^

Steam crab claw with egg was the best crab and egg I have ever tried.  Crab claw was big and fresh sticking in my mouth.  The smooth of steam egg was totally beyond my mind.  How come it can be smooth like this?  I could not realize what it was if closed my eyes.  

Lobster was creamy, fresh and serve with my favorite Japanese style noodle.  That's so creative and simply gorgeous.  

The taste of Lamb T bone did not have any bad smell and herb mix with some sauce inside the meat. The herb didn't cover the taste of lamb but made it fruitful and perfect.  

Pork belly was another dish must try.  I firstly taste the pork alone.  Feel not so special but after tried with preserved vegetable.  Wow , that's another story.  I can't express by words indeed.  

The key point to Spinach was the taste of black truffle sauce and black boar in winter melon.  These elements made two simple vegetables become special and comfortable to eat after so many dishes.

Then finally we had fried rice with crabmeat and solo garlic and fried rice in babe pumpkin.  I was 90% full after the previous dishes but still can finish all fried rice.  One thing I must state was that the solo garlic.  I love it and made the fried rice upgrade to another level.  It was the first time I tried Fried rice in pumpkin.   The top level of fried rice was so crispy and then the middle and lower part should be eaten with pumpkin.  it was so sweet and unforgettable.

Our final stop were the desert - strawberry panna cotta and Hokkaido milk.  The taste of Strawberry panna cotta was not too sweet and taste so comfortable which made you want more.  Hokkaido milk with egg on top which was so smooth and wonderful. We got an extra bonus of desert which made a perfect conclusion.

I couldn't find anything to challenge  this world class and gorgeous Chinese restaurant.  What I can feel was the passion and exquisite of the cook indulging to his dishes.  Each of dishes must have some elements added in order to create synergy effect with different ingredients. 

Absolutely satisfy and memorable dinning here.
