After a few drinks and not doing well at the casino, we decided to hop on a taxi and head back to pointe 16. one of our friends was hungry so we ask the taxi driver to take us somewhere come by that he recommand. As soon as we sat down I knew this restaurant shoudn't be that bad as I saw lots of food critics & celebrities 's pictures on the wall. I lost quite a bit at the casino early and so didn't feel like ordering all the luxury items on the menu so we order 3 dishes - thick noodle soup wi
"Wet" Fried Ho Fan
Not on the menu but my wife really like this dish so we ask for it. Overall the ho fan is smooth, not greasy. you can actually taste the beef favor unlike many restaurant in Hong kong that use too much baking soda. Only thing that I have to say is the lettece is a strange choice for this dish personally.
Deep Fried FIsh ball with Rice crispy
Never had it before - it is very good. Lots of favor and not fishy at all.
Thick Noodle in soup with Pork Skin, Beef Brisket & fish ball
My least favor dish of the night but becasue they have a noodle cart set up right outside of the restaurant it is so attractive. The noodle for sure is high quailty, pork skin is good but the fish ball and beef brisket is average - I had better one in Hong Kong.
I have to say it is one of my favor meal on this trip will recommand to everyone!
