Coming to try the third restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Cafe, it is more in touch with people, charming, accompanied with live music and hallmarked by classic French brasseries.
The chic chocolate afternoon tea comes with assorted Ritz-Carlton desserts set in a box tin and a few savory pastries on a wooden board. It includes their signature chocolate drinks, thick, creamy and topped with French whipped cream, the Valrhona chocolate are absolutely astonishing.
The cold version is comparatively lighter in texture.

Although we aren’t impressed with the varieties of sandwiches and treats, some salmon and rye bread sandwich, financier and madeleine are some of our favourites. The quiche would come even better if it is hot and the macaron does not have a distinct flavor.

The fact that the cafe is honored as Macau’s Best Cafe of Hong Kong Tatler, everything feels fairly good but not surprising. I will still prefer the 51st floor lounge and bar.
