It was the 2nd year to celebrate my dad's birthday and CNY gathering (5th day of CNY) with my relatives @ Mistral. The food is excellent, for the choice, the garnish, the taste and the quality and quantity. Kids can choose what they like; the elderly have their choices of chinese food & rice.Applause to the chefs !!Seafood bar - with choices of oyster, crab leg, shrimp, whelk, mussel.Soup - (little) sharkfin soupSushi & Sashimi - a few choiceSalad - quite a selection, and I love their cesar

Sushi & Sashimi - a few choice
Salad - quite a selection, and I love their cesar salad station
Main course - I'm not a fans of main course during buffet, so I don't have any comments
Dessert - excellect, wide range of choice. I seldom take any dessert during buffet, but @ Mistral, I do have a round of dessert plate
The price has jet up for over 50% compared with last year, which makes me feel a bit fustrated as price hasn't been set when I made my reservation. This is the only drawback of this dinner, and with the overall experience, it is just a minor one.
