My boyfriend and I went to Cozinha Pinocchio Taipa for dinner on May 17. We arrive there at about 7:00pm, and ordered three dishes. We waited about 90 minutes, during which we reminded the waitress several times, and we were told that the food would come soon. But the food NEVER COME! After 90 minutes' waiting, the waitress told us that our food were not at all prepared at the kitchen, and ask us to cancel our order! How ridiculous!!!! WE WAITED 90 minutes! And until then, the waitress told us
We waited about 90 minutes, during which we reminded the waitress several times, and we were told that the food would come soon. But the food NEVER COME! After 90 minutes' waiting, the waitress told us that our food were not at all prepared at the kitchen, and ask us to cancel our order! How ridiculous!!!! WE WAITED 90 minutes! And until then, the waitress told us to cancel order without showing any gesture of compensating. Finally, we left the restaurant, angry and hungry.
We are very much disappointed at the service provided by Cozinha Pinocchio Taipa, and highly recommend you not go to this terrible restaurant.
