Very upsetting meal

Had a terrible experience in this restaurant. Waitress was rude, no butter for bread , no ketchup for fries. We ordered clams and bbq pork ribs, fried fish balls, soup and vegetables for 3 ppl. Quite a lot! But They said since we only ordered two main meals so we are not allowed to have more bread. Can't even pay to eat bread. As if we were here to beg them for the bread. No baby high chair so not child friendly. Steaming hot inside even though it was nice and breezy outside. The clams tasted go

Fried fish balls tasted good but got bones in it. Luckily my 19 month old girl spat it out. Vegetables - they just steam it. No cooking skill required. We came because ppl said it was famous and we came many years ago and had good memories of it. Would never ever come back again.
