I don't understand why it called itself as an ice-cream shop while they cannot even provide its customers with edible ice-cream.

I ordered a cup of taro ice-cream (HKD 12, which is not cheap in my opinion, for a cup of ice-cream) and once I opened the lid I am shocked by the appearance of this "ice-cream". It is as hard as rock and covered with ice which I could barely put the wooden spoon inside. The texture is like a real taro being freezed for days. It looks like an expired product.

I questioned the female shop owner whether this is "normal" and she gave me very impatient look and told me all their products are not using any anticorrosive chemical.

After first bite of this "ice-cream" I end up throwing the whole cup away as I feel myself eating an ice with taro flavour. I cannot taste any ice-cream, and I am pretty sure I will have stomach problem the next day if I am to finishing the whole cup.

Nowadays, it seems quite difficult to find such nostalgic ice-cream store but providing product at such level is indeed disappointing.

I will not recommend anyone to buy their ice-cream.
