Haven't been having hotpot for soo long now and suddenly craved for it a lot, so we've decided to go to this place which has quite a few ads around plus some high recommendations from friendsWe were quite early and luckily don't need to wait for long at all, both for the lifts and for the restaurant at causeway bay. Seating arrangement were very spacious and they also have plastic blocks for each table given the current situation.Very fancy ordering system where you can order by scanning the QR

Very fancy ordering system where you can order by scanning the QR code given for the table. As soon as we sat down, we were given a bowl of dessert to start our meal. A very interesting way to start any meal really.
We ordered quite a few dishes: sliced beef, diced beef, a basket of vegetables, minced cuttlefish, minced prawns, fresh prawns, razor shell, quail eggs and winter melon. For the soup base, we had the yin Yang combination of Sichuan spicy and pork bone broth.

Both the soup base were really tasty and didn't feel like . The sichuan spicy broth was a bit too oily in my opinion, but it was also my fault who did not check the option of less oil when ordering. The beef was really tender, especially the sliced beef. Both the minced prawn and cuttlefish were really fresh and so chewy, and so does the fresh prawns and the razor shell. I personally preferred the mince cuttlefish more than the mince prawn.
The winter melon is the best ingredient to absorb all the broth for the maximum taste. The vegetables and the quail eggs were also quite nice too. All the food we ordered were 1/2 size, but the portion were quite generous overall.
Also note that there is a per person fee of $20 for the sauce and tea, and $36 for the base soup.
It was a really delightful meal overall and could be a little bit pricey, but quite worthwhile for the quality of the food. Would come back again with a bigger group of friends to try other dishes!
