𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝘅 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 🦆🧇⠀My last @duckandwaffle experience was already a year ago at their London location, finally tried out the one in @hkifcmall for 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 🥂 fav dish was still their signature 𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 which is the perfect marriage of savoury & sweet 🤤 totally recommend getting the 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 if you’re a person who has a hard time choosing what to order (a.k.a. moi🙋🏻‍♀️) cuz u get to try out more items 🥳⠀𝘚𝘦𝘵 𝘉𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦⠀𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴• 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲• 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗲• 𝗖

在倫敦朝聖過一次！！正常時候其實都不好預約到位置今次沒想到很容易就預約成功整體環境很好，晚餐時段很適合情侶約會或者朋友同事下班後小酌一杯以下的菜品都很推薦一如既往的美味

相約朋友午餐，突然想起還沒有試過這間IGable 店，而且還能訂枱，就去試了。預訂了1:15，1:05到被說要等到1:15才能等待被安排入坐，這樣的安排還真是少見。Brunch set 和 a la carte 的menu完全一樣，那很明顯是要讓全世界也選set, 但set是2人起跳。Well....菜式是好食，但整餐吃下來好飽好飽🤣頭盤三種有兩種是牛的料理，朋友不吃牛，所以全到我的肚子裏，有點太多😅 (這也是我覺得餐廳能有別的選擇會更好）他他牛：好軟，肉身沒什麼纖維，醬汁好吃但有點搶過肉味Corn rib：很不容易吃，但是好吃的～牛面頰doughnut：牛肉很軟，很好吃，上碟像湯汁，賣相有趣，醬汁有一點酸味，中和了一點麵包的飽滯感主菜加了$60點叫店名菜式。Duck & Waffle：鴨腿是好吃的，朋友說加蜜糖醬更好吃，味道更豐富煙三文魚benedict： 三文魚的煙燻味不重，合我的口味。但因為他他、鴨腿和benedict 都有蛋，結果蛋也吃太多了😅甜品：芝麻雪糕配心太軟：心太軟並不是流心，小失望。但朱古力不太甜非常好。芝麻雪糕有很重的芝麻味，也同樣不太甜，非常不錯👍Apple cr

Not my first time to dine in Duck & Waffle as my first try was in London which was definitely a wonderful dining experience. 在之前COVID-19疫情沒有這麼嚴重的時候，和舊同事來了Duck & Waffle晚膳，這也是我第一次來這家餐廳。聽說這家餐廳不錯，所以我也非常期待。剛進去坐下的時候，我們非常不幸的發現我們桌子上面的冷氣管滴水，便立即要求換桌。但此刻我已經對這家餐廳的感覺打了個折扣。而且在點餐後，發現它家是沒有serve 餐前包的（可以自己單點），對我而言，以一般中高西餐價格的收貴，但基本餐前的麵包也沒有提供的話，我一般都不會再來。我們那天晚上叫了紅酒，點了pork belly, beef tartare, fish ball 和一個在餐單上寫是sharing portion 的招牌菜duck & waffle。總括來說，菜式普通，而且偏咸。至於在sharing portion類下的duck & waffle更是像小吃的份量，給一個人吃差不多，雖然比較有特色和味道不錯，但說是large portion的話有點說不過去，會誤導食客。至於環境嘛，那天晚上人不算多，坐得也很舒適，侍應的服務不錯，在這點是值得一讚的。這家在香港試過我便滿足了，短期內應該不會再來第二次，除非有明顯的改進，那我可以再給一次機會的
