I dined here mid week with two friends for lunch. We all chose from the set menu. I ordered:- smoked sardine (on bread)- creamy spinach with chorizo and garlic - pan fried barramundi.The sardine was presented as two very small slivers. 這夜與朋友來到灣仔船街上的西班牙小菜館Ham & Sherry。餐廳由外牆至餐廳內裡裝修都以藍白色的磚牆為主題，帶著簡約型格氣息，用餐氣氛輕鬆。Ham & Sherry的座位比起位於船街另一端、主打新派創意西班牙小菜的的姐妹店22 Ships好坐，兼又可以訂位。相信大家從店名Ham & Sherry不難猜到這裡主打2款西班牙名物 - 西班牙風乾火腿以及西班牙的sherry(些厘酒/雪利酒/雪梨酒)。不過其實餐廳同時也有供應不少其他經典的西班牙小食以及多款酒類。對我自己來說，西班牙風乾火腿就吃得多，但對於sherry的接觸，就只限於以往品酒課程中的接觸。平日無論在香港，抑或之前的多次西班牙之旅(包括來到離sherry產區不遠的Sevilla)，很自然被其他紅、白酒或汽酒等吸引了，印象中甚少、甚至可能沒有點過sherry飲。趁今晚來到Ham & Sherry，當然不會錯過這個可以對sherry世界多作了解的好機會。說到底，這裡應該是香港唯一的sherry bar。其實何謂sherry呢？當然與雪梨無任何關係。只有在西班牙南部Jerez三角地區出產的fortified"強化"葡萄酒，才合法被
