對，Flying Pan 曾經好食過.......在我大學時代。以前因為 Flying Pan, 我才喜歡 egg benedict 的。闊別10年，再來從溫，舖面依舊，但質素全非。Egg benedictPoached Egg - 水煮荷包蛋時可能加得太多白醋，所以有點酸酸的茄汁豆 - 凍的蕃茄濃湯 - 不過不失Dutch sauce - 醬夠濃稠，檸檬汁味道剛好English Muffin - 不是好貨色，但口感柔軟Big breakfast所有都比較乾身，乾巴巴。合格而已。可能提供 all day breakfast 或 egg benedic 的餐廳多了，競爭比每，Flying Pan 是時候 stop deteriorating 了。

在香港，許多年青人可是習慣睡到日上三竿，All day breakfast 是否自然成為他們的選擇之一呢??是日與友人觀看Fiona演唱會前特意前來體驗這裡的飛PAN餐。地方不難找，正值星期日假期，店內早已坐著多檯客人，檯上更是各款不同配搭的早餐，看著也叫人心癢。店員安排好坐位後也隨即傳上那大份的餐牌，不知如何選擇?店員仍會細心介紹，因此我們分別要了個Flying Pan 及 Egg Benedict來作配搭。Egg Benedict：英式鬆餅上墊著厚切的火腿，半熟的水波蛋則淋上了鮮黃的荷蘭醬，一刀切下更可看見黃黃從內裡流出，相當漂亮。荷蘭醬帶酸且有檸檬與蛋黃香，整個吃下也相當惹味，只是礙於時間的控制，另一隻蛋的流心程度較失免。雖說簡單早餐一份，但其配搭的選擇上也真蠻多的。自己也想吃點蔬果，故也選了蕃茄與蘋果肉，蘋果肉酸酸甜甜正合自己的味兒。Flying Pan：友人那份也絕非等閒之輩，份量也相當之大，漢堡扒、煙肉、炒蛋等多種食物。炒蛋欠了些火候，蛋汁明顯較少，但仍不俗。漢堡扒較為乾身，連火腿及煙肉在內味道也略為偏鹹，水也不自覺要多添幾口。友人也配了碗沙律及湯，把味道平衡回來。每份餐也
