Bookmarked this place for so long coz I’ve saw a a lot of good comments about their Ice-cream Sandwiches🤭 I’m finally here and it’s my first time trying Filipino food.We started our meal with Filipino Spring Rolls ($68/4 pcs) which are filled with ground pork and mixed vegetables and it’s very crispy😋 Seared Tuna Salad ($108) was okay. For main we had the Gaw’s Carbonara ($158). If you are planning to order the Carbonara, you’ll need to expect it to be very different to the creamy one we normally

For main we had the Gaw’s Carbonara ($158). If you are planning to order the Carbonara, you’ll need to expect it to be very different to the creamy one we normally have. They got the inspiration from Sisig, a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig's face & belly, and chicken liver. This Carbonara is like a Sisig with pasta.
Ice-cream sandwich ($58) was really yum😍 The bread was super soft and buttery and I like it’s still warm when served. We also had the avocado one but I like the ube one a lot more!🙈
