心思思🧐想食 crepe，呢間餐廳🍴就專門 serve 傳統🇫🇷法式 crepe，而且🤤口味好正宗！餐廳係一間🏬樓上鋪入邊，門口已經見到好有🇫🇷特色🤩。穿過呢條😎神秘嘅走廊🚶‍♂️轉個彎就入到去餐廳入邊🤤。🤤呢個 La Chef Complète 係屬於基本咸 crepe 款式，入面有🐖ham、🧀cheese、🥚egg 同埋🍄mushroom。餅皮🫓充滿蕎麥香味😋而且有少少🤏煙韌同彈性，餡料雖然樸實但好新鮮🥰美味！呢個係 L’Escargot，入邊餡料有🐌snail fricassee、🍄mushroom、🐖bacon、🥬spinach 同埋 white wine sauce。白酒汁味道唔算突出，不過🇫🇷法國蝸牛🐌就好嫩滑🤤，整體味道比較 strong 同creamy 👍！係呢度食甜品🍮當然都係 crepe，不過甜嘅 crepe 個🫓餅底同鹹嘅會有啲唔同，無蕎麥香，換成比較🥰甜美嘅麵粉香味。呢個 La Poire 餡料有🍐caramelized pear with lavender、🍨crème brûlée ice-cream 同埋 🍫chocolate sauce。啲 caramel

Perfectly fits for light dinners with friends or family, enjoying typical maison style French buckwheat salted galette (as main entree) or sweet crêpe (as a dessert), a platter of various cheese, paired with a bottle of apple or pear ciders chilled. The waiters are polite and attentive as expected. A wonderful French dining experience in Hong Kong hot and wet summer time.
